Mechanism
Palmitoyl Tripeptide-38 (Lys-Met-Lys / Pal-KMK, the active in Matrixyl Synthe'6) stimulates fibroblast ECM-synthesis signaling → promotes production of collagen I/III/IV, fibronectin, hyaluronic acid, and laminin 5. Note: the Gly-His-Lys (GHK) sequence belongs to Tripeptide-1, not this ingredient.
