Mechanism
Culture supernatant containing cytokines produced by NK cells (IFN-γ, TNF-α, granzyme B, perforin, etc.) induces apoptosis in senescent fibroblasts. Suppresses SASP (senescence-associated secretory phenotype) and reduces chronic inflammation. Indirectly promotes collagen and elastin synthesis in surrounding healthy cells

Onset
Anti-inflammatory effect: several days to 1 week. Skin quality improvement: 4-8 weeks. Structural improvement from senescent cell clearance: 8-12 weeks
Cautions
Derived from human blood, so donor screening and quality control are critical. Ensuring cytokine profile uniformity between manufacturing lots is a challenge. Refrigerated storage recommended. Potential synergistic effect when combined with other human-derived culture media (stem cell supernatant, etc.)
